What We Do:
Production, Post-Production, Underwater Production

Production

We manage every detail of production to accommodate a wide range of budgets and objectives. Our digital acquisition methods streamline the process from camera to the edit suite, providing a cost savings to our clients.

Video production usually starts with a need. That need fosters an idea. The idea becomes an outline, which grows into a script. Then the fun really begins. We hit the road with our production cameras, light kits, microphones and lots of tools we've acquired over the years to start bringing the idea to life.

We've shot from moving vehicles, helicopters, jib arms, boats and underwater. We've done interviews in executive offices, manufacturing plants, islands in the South Pacific and everywhere in between. And we work with experienced talent to find the perfect face or voice to represent your company.

Post Production

Once the footage is acquired, we cut the project together on one of our three Final Cut Pro edit suites.

Our editors work with you to establish a look and feel that fits your business. Once rough cuts are complete, they can be posted on the web, so clients can view the samples from the comfort of their own office.

All animations, graphics and special effects are done by us, and take your video to the next level. We proof all of our videos to our clients online for fast, effective delivery. The final version of your project is kept in our archives so that a single clip or an entire project can be repurposed at any point in the future.

Once completed, your media project can be used many ways including DVD, streaming video for the web or mobile devices and broadcast masters for television. Our high quality digital processes will make your video production the best it can be.

TOPOn time and on budget.

Underwater Production

Get Wet . . . Stay Wet. That's a way of life here at Spring Street Studios. Jerry Pentin served as Director of Photography for the television series Destination Diving and shot around the world in places and climates from the South Pacific to the Arctic. A Master Diver, Jerry has been diving since 1973. He is also a tech diver having been certified in Nitrox diving and is Rebreather certified as well.

Underwater video production is not limited to just the outdoors. Jerry has also spent many hours in the pool shooting the 2004 Olympic Swim team just prior to the Olympic games in Greece. Shooting a training video with Olympic star Michael Phelps at the USOC training center in Colorado was another highlight of the many diverse underwater projects undertaken by Spring Street Studios.

Our passion for underwater video continues to grow. Our new Sony HVR-Z1 HDV Camera along with Light & Motion's Bluefin Marine Housing and aspheric lens gives you the "big water" look. You have to see to it believe it. We used this look throughout the shooting of the Destination Diving Television Series. We also shoot with our Amphibico VX1000 Housing using the Sony VX-1000 DVCam camera merged with the Light and Motion HID Light Package and the 100 degree full zoom-through aspheric lens.

All of our underwater shooters are certified divers with many hours of experience in just about any type of water conditions, working hard to obtain that impossible shot . . . underwater.
